Reporting a problem with a tool

Because files are processed on your device, we cannot see what went wrong. To make a report useful, please include:

• which tool you were using
• your browser and operating system, including version
• roughly how many files and how large
• the exact message you saw, if any

Please do not attach the files themselves unless we ask and you are certain they contain nothing confidential.

If there is a document or image job you keep doing by hand, tell us what it is. Requests genuinely shape what gets built next.
